SE Wisconsin | Guess I’m lucky with my 6400 at least. Had to do the starter once. Yup PITA. But the original batttery lasted like 8 years so I keep a JD one in it and it really cranks. Also, are you guys using the glow plug? I don’t like to do it but if I have to it’ll start down to 20F with just that if I didn’t plug it in for some reason. Fired over the weekend at -4 after being plugged in for about an hour and a half. Would have liked to have it plugged in longer though. Maybe just lucky like I said. | |
