One of the most common things i see in this area is the condensors are dirty ,they look clean externally when you clean them you will be supprized at how dirty they are ,i prefer to use water and air as i feel just air is not enough.
I am going to try Jons way as i have seen him mention it before as the lower the high pressure side can be the better all round.
