There are innoculants especially formulated for innoculating soybeans that way. If you have the TT setup there is no reason for it not to work if you have enough product get to the seed trench. You are actually trying to innoculate the soil, we just use the seed to deliver the product to the soil. As long as it and the seed come into contact with the proper dosage, you have accomplished what you set out to do.
