western colorado | Sounds like you don't know where to sell if you can't kill a 4 yr old and get them to pay for grade. Don't kid yourself even if it's too old (5+) it still gets graded and goes in the meat counter. I've killed enough old killer cows to know that. Kill sheet will come back with a grade but they do nt pay any extra. Do you honestly believe they go for grind? Doesn't matter a bit on this deal either way, it was for me and my family. However you need to do a little more research on the subject. | |
