NW IA | As my earlier post, been approached to sell/give 2 acres for a hog barn or 2. Just trying to figure out of the investor angle? Guess if they have 100% cash it is a decent investment but if have to borrow 80%+ I'm trying to figure out if it still is a decent deal? Way I see if they believe its a decent return without using the manure, I should really have an advantage by owning the barn and using the manure. Guessing I know the answer to my question but just wondering what other feel the return on a barn is when hiring the labor.
