That has been tried in this area in the past few years with no luck. As a barn owner and a custom pumper I think just paying the pumping is fair . We do a lot of investor owned barns and it’s a win ,win for everyone , barn guy gets the manure out and the farmer gets cheap fertilizer without having anything to do with the barn, which you already know this .
