NW IA | Was approached by a feed mill to sell a spot for a new barn, would get the manure was going well until they said investor would like to be paid a percentage of the manure value and I still pay the hauling. If gave them the land might get it free for 10 years. Is this getting to be the new normal? Already get manure out of a couple barns but just pay for the hauling
