Looks good Tim! At 1487 lb those steers are worth about $1830 each at yesterday's $1.23 fat sale prices around here. Assuming 6 months = 180 days of corn at 10 lb/day = 1800 lb of corn/56 lb/bu=32 bu of corn per head. At today's cash price of $2.90/bu at the local elevator they've eaten 2.90x32= just under $100 worth of corn. Add your hay ($80/ton?), facility amortization ($?/yr) and cow maintenance ($600/yr?) costs and it looks like you are turning a decent profit/head. Congrats!
