Sure can't afford the lower set. Upper set gets a little pricey on 5 wire fence but could go on really fast compared to all other methods of fastening wire. The professional fence builders around here like to saw mark each wire location on the post. That way, the wire can never go up or down and the tie wire just has to old it in the slot.
