Subject: RE: Thoughts on Grass Fed, Antibiotic and Growth Hormone Free Beef?

Wright City, MO
We all know that the USDA prohibits meat from containing antibiotic residuals that is butchered for human consumption. We all know that the Inpsector takes a tissue sample from just about every single animal to check for residuals....the public has been led to believe that meat in the supermarket is tainted...that all of our cattle is injected with hormones and fed antibiotics on a daily basis. None of which is true, we know that BUT!!! If someone wants to pay me a 30% markup for selling them beef that is hormone and antibiotic free on the label? I'm more than willing to do so.

Why sell fats back to a packing house for 117/cwt when I can get 425/cwt selling to the public?
