Exactly, how many people over the age of 30 do you know that have to be gluten free? Never heard of that until ~5 years ago.

I've got a very good friend that has had issues since I've known him and come to find out he couldn't handle gluten. I always thought it was a fad but I'm here to tell you going gluten free has been life changing for him. FYI he's 35
