SE Nebraska | Well for being the worst cows ever, they have sold very well over the past four years. They have been sold direct to the same feed yard the last four years. They are March born calves weaned Oct 15, averaged weight was 725 on the steers and got $1200 a head for them this years on 65 steers. Most of the heifers are retained and developed as replacement and I am getting $2000 to $2200 for these bred heifers. | |
