Texas | The one we had with baggy skin under her chin was also very thin and had a temperature. We treated her with Penicillin and when that failed to cure her we tried Draxxin. Unfortunately, that did not cure her either and she died. In hindsight, we should have hauled her into the vet; but since we didn't, I do not know what was wrong with her.
Hope your cow's case is curable.
