Monett Missouri | That will be lean certified Hereford beef. I agree they could use a little more finish but when going in my freezer I kill them on the lighter side as well. I don't need all the fat in the pkg. If processed correctly with some hang time in the freezer they should eat well. Funny thing is we never eat anything that pretty around here. Always the half blind or kinda a runt or one that may have too much white in the wrong place for the sale barn. Enjoy | |
