Central Saskatchewan Canada | Tough question. Big empty cows gain well if they are healthy. Some times a 10 year old looks like a 4 or 5 year old and sometimes they look like a 15 year old. All depends.
Probly want to start buying the cows soon in the new year so they can be slaughtered by spring when packers want hamburger for grilling season.
