Subject: RE: Beans in wet soil vs corn in wet soil

Up here in northern Wisconsin beans are so much more forgiving then corn. Beans seem to handle wet and dry and horrible growing conditions so much better then corn, it’s amazing! Our top end yield up here is 120 dry on a good year. Yields drop fast with bad growing conditions. Beans can push about 50 for us. Have to keep the mold out though!
