NE Wisconsin		Grounding issues on ethernet baffle me, because non of them are really grounded to earth, even the shield isn't (if shielded).

I'll go ahead and blame the switch. You can pick up a cheap new switch and eliminate that issues.


I'm a big fan of wireless links. More flexible, less problems.
