 NE WI | I think you are getting air in the system. Sometimes it takes a while to get the air out when we replace filters or run it out like my dad did this spring on ours. Had to crack the bleeders on the pump and filter base a couple of times to purge the air. 8700 sucks from the bottom tank. Does it only do this when the top tank is empty? Is the hand pump lever tight on the lift pump? On our 9000 it was loose and air would get in there but the lever was ready to fall off when that happened. | |
