A good cat is the best. Had pretty bad mouse issues a few yrs ago. And about 2 yrs ago a momma cat showed up and has basically eliminated mice around my shop/grain bin area. Still around and cant get within 50 ft of it. I wouldnt take 1k for that cat even if i could catch it.
