One of our trucks went from banging your knuckles on the dash when shifting and hardly being able to tell if you're in gear when wiggling the shifter to a nice tight pattern like a sports car if that is what you are talking about. It was a half hour job. Bushing slides into the bottom of shift tower that connects to transmission.
