If it’s like it’s blue counter part there’s a machined block below the front axle with a potentiometer in it that can get rusted in place, maybe your is partially rusted or has limited movement. Run a calibration and see what happens.
Put key in on position while holding program on the a post for a few seconds go to TCU and navigate to fsus cal
