I'm sure you've taken care of this, but if you haven't made sure you have enough power to run a three phase converter contact your utility. We had a three phase converter installed years ago and ran into trouble since we were on the end of a line. When there was a lot of demand on our line, the motor would shut off. Eventually the line was upgraded but I wouldn't do it again.
