NE, NE | +1 if your going there daily I'd look for an alternative to tubs. I had a similar situation but was 5 miles one way and I have to use my equipment so I wasn't driving a cab less tractor over there every day and instead used bale feeders. They ate every little profit up that I hoped to muster out of them as they calved late and didn't have pasture, but that's beside the point. Yard rent will just be so much an acre is what we're trying to work on and livestock owner is responsible for any post or gates that get destroyed after settlement date with some exceptions. If he's got crop ground around it getting rented out just match that otherwise he might as well pull it up and farm it. I realize it probably couldn't be farmed, but just giving ideas. Good luck | |
