I'm going to go the opposite of everyone else and suggest you go with the 6 barb. Barb wire is very easy and fast to fix if you have a tree fall on it or anything happen. Put one wood post to every two steal posts. Future generations will thank you for not putting woven wire in when they go to replace it. Pulling woven wire out of the dirt is no fun at all. Just my .02
