Northern CA | I recently purchased a truck on auction in Marvell, AR, which from what I can tell is about 20 minutes from West Helena, AR. I would like to drive the tender truck back to CA. The pictures look fine. When speaking with an employee of the company that sold the truck, who was surprised the truck was put on auction, he thought it was too rusty to drive. It is a 2000 model truck. I am not scared of some rust... it is a fertilizer tender after all.
I would be willing to pay someone on NAT or take their recommendation of a mechanic in the area trustworthy to do sometype of basic assessment of road worthyness on this truck. Any suggestions?
