No.

What and or who is the "market" for deliverable stocks? It's not a bunch of numbers from the gov.
Why did Scoular put out 200 contracts , Cargill 396? 10.5 pro 10idk.....what's the bid for 3,000,000 bu? What mill will grind this? Won't be GMI, ADM, Horizon, ConAg, Siemer, Miller, etc.

The reason commercials deliver or stop contracts is as a vehicle to manage and manipulate board spreads and space earnings. With a little pump and dump thrown in for the rookies.

VSR is a tool to manage spreads as a way to apise the CFTC.

Again, the real proof in the notion of taking delivery is simple......Show me the bid.....or....get out of the way.
