Subject: Since the market is trading higher.. VSR is designed to FORCE convergence..


Since the Market for deliverable stocks of KC Wheat is TRADING HIGHER than the futures and the VSR is DESINGED to FORCE CONVERGENCE.. then futures should TRADE HIGHER..  correct?
