Heck I know I could make $$$ on this sucker.. protein wheat which is what the delivery contract is.. 11% or greater is trading at STRONG values vs the futures.  Even if I brought it home and binned it.. Protein wheat is trading at Minny values.. and Minny is trading at a $2.00++ premium to KC.




Arbitrage opportunity.  Make the Shorts go find the protein.. I bet it's locked up tight.

Protein levels of less than ten and one-half percent (10.5%) are not deliverable on the contract.
