Southwest Illinois | We started with sms 10 years ago when we switched to a red combine. We had been very happy with their customer support and there is a YouTube video out there for everything you mentioned. 6 or 7 years ago Case went to farmworks and we gave that a try. They were horrible at customer support, of which some was probably due to them trying to switch all the red guys on sms to farmworks. We did run them together for a year and farmworks is good, but in the end sms had better support and I just felt more comfortable with them. Tried fieldview out 2 years ago. Zero support and quite a few issues working with Apple hardware. So again we stayed with sms. I will tell you that whatever you get make sure they ha e good support because if you can't make it work and can't get help to get you going it is a waste of money.
