Thanks for linking to that article describing StableLoc's intended purpose.

In my experiences, it has worked opposite of its intended purpose.  I have seen line shifts/jumps of up to 5-6 ft while on RTK, all while not loosing the RTK correction.  Similar results running TerraStar.  I almost always turn it off whenever I setup a new system.
