Which equipment are you running? If it is an Ag Leader 6500, make sure StableLoc is turned OFF. TerraStar has been very reliable for us. StableLoc has not been reliable for us and has caused line jumps and other issues.
I'm not familiar with StableLoc. Apparently this is a menu item? What is/was its purpose?
