| SMS will definitely do all that you are wanting. As you stated, there is a learning curve to SMS as I'm sure there is with farmworks, so whatever you choose I'd do it sooner rather than later to familiarize yourself with the program. There are lots of videos on youtube regarding SMS and the things you're wanting to do as well so you may want to check those out. Not sure how many years of yield data you have but the more the better when creating management zones for VR. If you're thinking SMS I'd take a look at the differences between SMS basic vs SMS advanced. SMS advanced costs more/yr but it sounds like you're going to be using it to make some agronomic decisions so the extra cost may be worth it. | |
