| Is it having trouble stripping off the first or second knot? First would point to lower twine tension, slacker arm or twine finger.
Second may point to billhook tension being too high. It's not entirely unusual to have the tails hang until the bale progression drags them out, but the knot should at least be complete.
Also take a look at the love that drives the stripper arm and make sure it doesn't have too much wear.
As far as the billhook popping out of the track, I agree with another that might be from lifting the head. Otherwise I don't think it would explain the knots not stripping. | |
