| Sometimes they can be fussy with the bill hook spring tension. I would go tighter than the rest especially if the piece the hill hook rides on is wearing out... I have had to replace that part as well. Check the wear on it where the bill hook rides compared to the others i think there is suposed to be a little groove there if that wears smooth the bill hook will pop out like your pics. One time the pin that holds the bill hook in the drive gear broke and fell out that acted similar to your situation took me a few knots to figure that one out. I've had a knotter frame get tweaked and give all sorts of trouble too. | |
