I've tried the allflex and some other expensive syringes and now only use the inexpensive Ideal Instruments aluminum body syringe. They are sturdy, accurate, easy to use and take apart to clean and cost about 1/3 what the others cost. If you drop it on the concrete and it breaks you haven't lost that much.
