30+ years ago tried grazing SS with 300 hd stockers and found cog too high to be cost effective. Since then have seen several other operators try the same but have never seen them do it more than 2 years before giving up. If you can figure out how to do it and achieve a cost effective cog, my hats off to you. Seems those who truthfully put an accurate cost budget together figure out summer annuals aren't very cost effective. Think you can get a better cog feeding a byproduct based grow ration.

Just another 2 cents worth.
