Can't go wrong with a Lincoln pipeliner welder. Bought a decent used one this year for $2500. Pretty handy to have around. I'd stay away from the bobcat welders. We had one and it was nothing but junk. But guys have told me they are fine if you aren't pulling them hard for extended periods
