Michigan
I had a letter come with my milk check several months back and the coop stated, that they buy our milk from us for the premium price sell it for less in other states, and due to trucking it all over the place we have to come up with the loss. Funny how our coop makes a 2.5 million dollar profit this year. I think they need to feel what its like to loose. Marketing our own milk is the best way to avoid the coops robbery although some risk there to.
