I had a pair of short pto shafts laying around, so I used them. I was also given a sprocket that goes on Kooima shaft to use as a chain coupler. I liked pto shafts a little better. I hook up shafts on both sides of my yellow Kooima adapter for my 843 head. I have a JD 6750 chopper. If you need a pic., mine is still hooked up.
