| The top hinge needs to be twisted AWAY from the direction the gate swings when it sags. Depending on how much then the top hinge might need to be extended out to bring it back to level in the closed position.
Swing the gate out, loosen the top clamp and pull the end of the gate up off the ground however high you want it to be then tighten that clamp back up. Then swing the gate shut and adjust the position of the nuts on the threaded portion of the hinge to make it sit right in the closed position. Then when your satisfied with how it swings, weld the clamps don't bolt them.
