| I pull an old Concord cart to do exactly what you are wanting to do. I have very little trouble with the cart running over planted rows, except on steeper hill sides. As far as compaction on headlands, it is no different than the tractor running over planted rows on the headlands. The only time I have seen stand reductions from driving over a planted row is when the crop is close to emerging, never after being freshly planted. | |
