My service quit entirely the day after Thanksgiving. Phone call after phone call has resulted in no help. I have been told at least 10 times that someone would call me back. As of today I still have no service at all and I'm done with them. The only reason I'll contact them again is to demand a refund. I switched my internet to Verizon 3G originally as a temporary measure but I'm staying with it.
