Russ you make some good points. I also let a hunter trade some labor for access to one of my places. He's not a farm type guy, so he doesn't always know how to get things done they way I would, but he tries. However, he polices my ground way better than I can. He has cameras up and he is on that farm more often than I am and does a good job keeping the moochers out. That's worth something to me. He gets pretty mad when he thinks someone is trying to encroach on "his deer". I'll keep that arrangement as long as he continues to hold up his end of the deal.
