Idaho | It had to do with engine driven pump,as you slow the engine into a turn the pump volume drops thus giving the controller less of a range to have to compensate for same as when you speed up out of a turn , rpms go up so does volume. A hydro machine can over drive the controller if you make speed changes to fast , more carrier helps with that, 10 gpa is the min I like to go with a hydro, rough fields or hills I step it up to 12 or some cases 15 , unless some label wants it higher for some other reason. Older tractor sprayers with just pressure and no controllers 20 to 25 was common. | |
