Grand Rapids, MI
In my experience, it is all about the terms. I have seen a range of anywhere from 5 cents/year to 15 cents/year. 5 cents means it is rented multi-year whether the bins are needed/used or not. Leasee needs to provide all loading, some unloading equipment, pay all utilities, do all maintenance, etc. For 15 cents/year the leasee shows up with trucks and owner has all loading/unloading equip setup, ready to run. Pays only for the year if the storage is used. Basically almost hands off for the leasee. I have seen everything in between as well, but this is generally the range
