As an earlier poster said, just try to have a bit of speed up when you want to go cross ways to the ribs. Also, wet floors are SLICK. Rubber soled shoes help but the floor will still be slick. Oh yes, did I mention that when the floor gets wet it will be slick? My butt still hurts when I think about it. |
