Somerville, Indiana | check the lugs in the center of tracks...Have you seen the advertisement [Got Larry Lugs] seems like all the wear components are worn compared to the rest of the tractor besides the lights...Wonder what the deal is with the lights?..Could be a lesson to a large problem somewhere else...think maybe last owner was afraid of a big bill coming up.
9000 hours is about time for the 3306 to cause a belly ache if the tractor wasn't taken care of...Found that out the hard way, always thought the 3306, 3176 and 3406 were bullet proof...Have always told farmers if they can stand a large repair bill at planting time go for it.
and then, if you need it in wet muddy conditions it may be useless, check drive wheels for wear, but wet muddy conditions show up bad on the old Challengers...It didn't take Cat long to figure out they needed bigger drive wheels for traction.
