We have a pair of rims and tires off an A&L 57 cart. The center hole is about 8.75"  and the bolts are about 11.25" center to center. Tires are in decent shape, 28L26, diamond tread. Cart got wrecked and we bought it back from insurance company, with the intent to fix it but decided it would be too much work.
