Yes, veg, they would be fine for primary tillage with small, 4020-size implements. I was talking about the tillage tools we use on our farms here, now. Pulling a 13 foot ripper 12" deep, or a 40' field cultivator is not in their capability. The tools you mentioned would be just fine.
