Domestic violence its a charge he was convicted of.   Even though it is a misdemeanor  it makes him ineligible to purchase a gun.  The Air Force has admitted  they screwed up.   They did not send in his conviction for domestic violence against his first wife and the step son.    So he did purchase the guns  legally.... but he never should have been able to purchase them.   But,  then this is Texas... how many homes could he have stolen  guns like this from?
